Manch Vegas began with a cart, a local idea, and an unmistakable look: Manchester pride with a little Las Vegas flash. The concept has been in the works for years because it was always meant to feel like it belongs here.

Now Mike is bringing it back to the street with a clean, focused cart and a simple mission: serve a great hot dog, keep it friendly, and give people a reason to look for the red-and-gold umbrella.
